Stains & Pet Odors

I have pet urine stains, some over a year old. They clean up… then slowly reappear. Amother carpet cleaning company had signs on their truck that fairly SCREAMED that they were pet stain specialists, no stain too big or too small… no matter how old! When I spoke wthe them they quoted $125 for the 3 bedrooms and pet stained hall and living room/dining area. They cleaned without vacuuming first, despite my protestations – left carpets uniformly dingy! They then asked for $225 because they had to use “urine enzymes”. I paid them the $125 quote and told them I’d pay the balance if the stains hadn’t re-appeared in one month. They didn’t even call me to check! Despite the abuse my carpets have taken, of the 3 cleaners I’ve used, I’m back with Lack’s and won’t bother experimenting any more – they’ve done the best job over the past 6 years. I have been using Lack’s Cleaning Service to clean the carpets in my home and the floors in my office for nearly 3 years now. I was using other cleaning services before finding Lack’s and was having a lot of trouble getting rid of some pet stains from my little dog. After these other companies came out, the stains looked as if they were gone, but they would come back looking darker and dirtier than before. I called Lack’s Cleaning and they told me exactly how they would attempt to get these stains out, even after 3 or 4 other companies failed. They came out, saw the stains, cleaned the carpets and now the stains are completely gone without using soaps and heavy deodorizers. Our carpet was very dirty and I was waiting for the right time to call our usual carpet cleaner. Then a horrible thing happened, my husband became ill with the flu and vomited on the hall carpet on his way to the bathroom. Red Jell-O was the main food that came up.
