For the past eleven years I have used several different carpet cleaning companies and was never satisfied with any of them. We had Lack’s Cleaning Service come to our home and price cleaning our carpets and furniture. Jerrod arrived on time, in fact he was even early, which was appreciated. We found the price to be very fair. When I was unexpectedly called to work and had to cancel my appointment a few days before I was scheduled they were able come out the next week with no extra cost to me. Dennis arrived on time to clean the carpets and went the extra mile in our eyes by vacuuming the carpets before he cleaned them. He pretreated where it was necessary and spot treated the areas where we pointed out our concerns. He was also able to remove a chocolate stain from one of our sofas. When you came to give an estimate on cleaning this carpet, you said you could get the roofing tar out of the carpet. I didn’t think you could do it and even showed you where the scraps of carpet were so that you could cut out and replace that section of carpet.
