Employment Opportunities

Now hiring:  Cleaning Technician’s Assistant

Work where you are genuinely appreciated, your voice will be heard, and your personal goals and success really matter to your employer!

Can you define the word “integrity?”  Do you have it and live by it?
Do you have a strong work ethic?
Are you dependable to consistently show up on time?
Do you take pride in completing work with a high standard of excellence, even when no one is watching?

Do you have enough independence and moral fiber to be trusted with company time and resources?

Are you teachable?  Are you willing to take classes, become certified, and deliver service according to company standards?

Do you have the patience to politely shoulder the responsibility when there is an occasional client complaint—by apologizing, taking the initiative to correct the problem, and thanking them for alerting you to the situation?  (Do you have a natural aversion to the “Rocket Man – It wasn’t ME!” mentality?)

Do you have the emotional fiber to withstand the occasional meltdowns of your employer?

Technicians:  Carpet Cleaning Technician’s Assistant
The entry level position for Carpet Cleaning Technician’s Assistant is a very rewarding experience for the team member, as well as the clients that you come into contact with.  No previous experience is required, but your ability to work with people is a must.  More important than being a technician’s assistant, you must be proficient in working with and communicating with the clients that we perform services for.

This entry level position has tons of potential.  I need good people to train to be future lead technicians and route managers.  You can make up to $21,000 per year to start if you have the right background…a little less if you have no background at all.  You’ll learn by doing, from the bottom up.  Most of all, I want to give you the chance to grow with us.

Does This Sound Like You?  If So, You May Be Just Who I’m Looking For!

You’re bright, energetic, and looking for a career with a future.  You’re not into working all day on computers.  You’ve tried school, but "book studying" is not your thing.  You’re a high-energy person and get satisfaction from working with your hands.  But you want more than just a job as a laborer with no future.  You like people and enjoy making them happy. You’re not into the dead-end drug scene.

The following is a list of skills that you must bring with you in order to join our team:

  • The desire to be taught and the ability to learn from others.
  • The ability to listen to constructive feedback and learn from it.
  • A neat appearance that is presentable, as you will be a guest in our client’s homes.
  • You are honest and trustworthy.
  • You are a person of your word and want to be an accountable member of a fantastic business.
  • A good work ethic.  Cleaning services definitely involves manual labor.
  • A valid state driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • The ability to have fun.

The following is a list of the skills you will learn during your first 90 days of training in order to be a successful member of our team (Technicians):

  • You will learn how to effectively communicate with people.
  • You will become a teacher to our clients that they will respect and trust.
  • You will be in the process of learning proper cleaning methods and becoming an expert in the field.  This will also include instruction by IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) and certification testing that will be paid for by the company.  For more information about the IICRC, you can go to www.iicrc.org.
  • You will become an integral part of a team where your voice is heard and respected.

This is currently a sub-contractor position.  What does that mean?  It’s an hourly position with no guarantee of hours.  If we’re busy, you’re busy!  We’re literally a father & son operation right now but if we continue to grow like we have so far this year that will change quickly.  But in order to continue growing at this fast pace we need you!
